These 20-minute initial calls are always free, we would love to get to know you and genuinely want to point you in the right direction. If you have a need we can't help with, maybe we know someone who can! Let's connect and go from there. 

When booking, we strongly prefer a 3 hour minimum when it comes to caregiving, tutoring,  housekeeping, and most services. We do allow exceptions, but try to keep that in mind when booking.

We encourage you to do your own additional vetting and background checks. Referrals are independent individuals and not employed or contracted by Varela Visits. 

As a company, we carry general liability insurance and our care team is insured under our contractor policy.

We do work holidays and it is our busiest season, but we also implement a 15% surcharge for holiday pricing.
