Sergio's professional background is solid and diverse, with nearly a decade of HVAC expertise and having served in the U.S. Marine Corps. But what truly makes Sergio shine is his incredible passion for animals and people. As a dedicated dog owner himself for seven years, he has a special touch with all pets, big or small, making instant friends wherever he goes. Our clients' beloved animals light up whenever he comes to visit them! Beyond his remarkable rapport with furry friends, Sergio also lends his compassionate nature to elder companionship, has a knack for garage organization, and consistently exceeds expectations in every task. In fact, our senior clients often describe him as "the politest gentleman!" It's genuinely a joy to have such a hardworking and wonderfully multi-talented person like Sergio as part of our extended Varela Visits family!
Emily
Meet Emily, truly a gem on our team! Emily is an absolute wizard when it comes to organizing – think closets, cabinets, and pantries transformed into dream spaces with every object perfectly in its place. Beyond her incredible knack for order, Emily is also a master when it comes to social work, with a truly compassionate spirit. Her dedication to details is simply amazing; you might even find her happily cleaning grout on a weekend, turning any house into a positively warm and inviting home. And if you might even think Emily may have taught Chef Gordon Ramsay a thing or two judging by her skills in the kitchen! She bakes ridiculously good cakes and everything she creates is simply delicious. If dinner prep isn't your favorite thing, don't worry – it's definitely hers!
Ffion
Get to know Ffion, a truly captivating and kind member of our team! Ffion is a professional ballerina, having honed her exquisite talent at the renowned Bolshoi Ballet Academy and is currently performing with Ballet Frontier. Beyond her impressive dance career, Ffion has a genuine passion for guiding and educating the next generation of world-class dancers. With over three years of experience working with children of all ages, she provides private ballet classes, always striving to spark creativity and independence through engaging activities. And for the those with furry members of the family out there, you'll be happy to know Ffion has a special soft spot for pets, readily offering dog walking and pet sitting services.
Beth
Beth Felipe, RN, is a seasoned and dedicated Registered Nurse with over 25 years of extensive experience in the home healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has held progressive roles ranging from Staff Nurse to Director of Nursing and Clinical Supervisor. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in both clinical and administrative settings.
Beth has worked with several home health agencies and her responsibilities have included conducting patient admissions and assessments, overseeing care planning and implementation, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with both state and federal healthcare regulations. She is well-versed in managing clinical documentation systems, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and facilitating staff training and development.
In leadership roles, she has successfully directed nursing departments, updated agency policies and procedures, and collaborated on the development of strategic service goals. Her experience also includes participating in quality assurance programs, handling audits, and promoting patient safety initiatives. Elizabeth’s ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments while maintaining high standards of care has made her a valuable asset to every organization she has served.

Tim offers incredibly holistic support for your family, including expert childcare, compassionate elder companionship, thorough homework assistance and tutoring, and organizing wonderfully engaging activities. He also has a fantastic knack for meal planning and preparation, ensuring your family enjoys healthy and convenient meals. On weekends, Tim loves helping families stay organized and active. Residing in Fort Worth with her husband and their delightful tuxedo cat, Carolyn spends a breadth of her time toward her career in nonprofit fundraising, driven by a deep passion for community impact. Carolyn boasts a broad range of experience working with children from newborns all the way to high schoolers, bringing a nuanced understanding of their individual needs. As a former Montessori teacher, she naturally employs a nurturing, hands-on approach that encourages development and fosters a love of learning. Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Texas Christian University, where she graduated with top honors. She’s the founder and full-time clinician at Serenity with Sabado, where she supports children, teens, and families through life’s most difficult challenges with empathy, insight, and dedication. Beyond her clinical excellence, Emily is known for her down-to-earth spirit and calming presence. Whether she’s working with individuals navigating trauma or simply organizing a home with care, she brings a sense of trust and ease to every environment. Emily is also fluent in Spanish and has a long history of advocacy in both school and community settings. And as a proud dog mom to two pups, she deeply understands how pets are family—and loves extending that care to the animals she meets along the way.
Jessica
Meet Jessica, a heartily capable and compassionate member of our team! Jessica brings a fantastic blend of expertise, holding an MBA from Columbia International University along with a diverse background in both real estate and personal assistance. Her sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and — believe it or not — a genuine love for the much-dreaded task of moving, inspired her to launch her own successful home organization business. Through this venture, she's built an impressive client base, gained valuable experience, and earned glowing reviews for her ability to create order and calm in any space and home. Beyond her professional prowess, Jessica is also a proud first-time mom to a baby girl. Her naturally gentle, nurturing, and thoughtful nature makes her a truly comforting and capable presence in any home she assists.
Sadie
Sadie has three years of outdoor camp experience, including serving on the administrative staff of an all-girls camp. She is currently a professional ballerina with Ballet Frontier, and has four years of ballet teaching experience. She is also a wonderful ballet teacher and friend to every child she meets. She is certified in music theory through Berklee College of Music Online, and plays the piano and guitar. She holds a CPR and First Aid certification through the American Red Cross. She loves to learn, read, be outdoors, and especially enjoys time spent caring for animals! She is a joy to know and people of all backgrounds warm up to Sadie without hesitation.
Sonia
Get to know Sonia, a wonderfully dependable and warm-hearted member of our team! Sonia brings over three years of dedicated caregiving experience, supporting both seniors and young children (from 4 months to 4 years old). Her versatile background also includes over five years of professional housekeeping and nearly 15 years in the food service industry. Known for her keen attention to detail and warm demeanor, Sonia loves preparing meals, caring for animals, and keeping homes welcoming. She's CPR certified, takes a screen-free approach to caregiving, and truly values personal connection. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her children, daughter-in-law, and her beloved trio of dogs.
Lexi
Lexi is a recent graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University, where she majored in Psychology. Currently, she resides in Southlake, TX and is filling her scheduling by lending a helping hand to busy families. With her nurturing personality and strong sense of responsibility, Lexi is a natural caregiver who loves creating safe and engaging environments for children and pets alike. Her background in psychology gives her valuable insight into understanding and meeting the unique needs of those in her care, whether it’s planning fun activities for kids or providing plenty of love and attention to furry family members. Lexi has been involved in children and youth ministries, where she finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on young lives. She brings warmth an a genuine love to every family she works with. Isabelle
Moms and music are Isabelle's specialty. After spending years as a music therapist, Isabelle became a certified doula in order to support parents with their birth plan and provide much needed respite after birth too. Many people may not know this, but you can obtain doula services even before conceiving. Isabelle is able to help with fertility consulting, nursery set-up, and will even customize a womb song. Isabelle is also a wonderful pet parent herself with a love for horses, cats, dogs, and all critters in between. Our clients have raved about Isabelle's professionalism, warmth, and her super ability to care for those around her.
