About Us

Hannah has a BS degree in Psychology from Mississippi College and an MSW degree from University of Texas at Arlington. She pairs her education with 12 years of professional caregiving experience. The last five of those years, she has served as a household employee caring for children, assisting the family, and most recently managing entire estates and the employees that help the home run smoothly . During her tenure in the world of childcare, Hannah has served as a night-nanny for newborns, a travel nanny, a full-time caregiver for special needs children and remains the emergency contact for many families in DFW. 

Hannah's true passion is working with the family system as a whole by coordinating care, training and enabling employees, and consulting on ways to enrich the lives of each individual in the family. 

Alonso is a marine veteran and works full-time at a technology company which specializes in ensuring trains stay on track (wink). He is a natural when it comes to all things. Literally a jack of all trades and master of some too! He is an animal lover and true pet whisperer. Alonso has a gentle and patient demeanor that makes every animal feel safe and loved! He follows pet owner's instructions to a tee and goes above and beyond to make sure walks are long, water is fresh, and snuggles are plenty. He also is the favorite babysitter to many of our older kiddos we care for...they literally beg their parents to go on a date so Alonso can come over and play soccer with them, teach them the rules of UNO, and play video games together too! Beyond all of that, Alonso is the handiest man ever. For our clients he has excelled at small to medium home repairs, installation and assembly of furniture and children's toys, creating custom designed play spaces, attic and garage revamps, and disassembling outdoor structures too! Can you see why I (Hannah) married him???

Sergio is a full time AC technician who received formal training during his time as a US Marine. His career continued to develop after the military and he now has almost a decade of professional HVAC experience. His true passion in life is found outside of his 9-5, serving animals and their owners. Sergio has been a dog owner himself for the last 7 years and quickly befriends every pet he meets. Our clients' animals both big and small love Sergio and get so excited to see him visit. He has also assisted in companionship with elder care, garage revamps, and goes above and beyond for each person he meets. He has been called "the most polite gentlemen" from our senior clients! He is also my brother-in-law and I couldn't be more lucky to be apart of such a hard working and multitalented family! 

Ffion is a professional ballerina who graduated from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and is currently dancing with Ballet Frontier. Beyond her ballet career, she is passionate about nurturing the next generation of dancers and regularly teaches private ballet classes. She has over 3 years of experience working with children of all ages. She believes in fostering creativity and independence in children from a young age and plans activities that inspire and engage them. Ffion also has a soft spot for animals, offering dog walking and pet sitting services.

Emma has a bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences and a master’s degree in Social Work. She currently works as a LMSW at a level 1 trauma center in Dallas. She brings a decade of experience nannying families with small children. Emma worked as an infant teacher while pursuing her degree. Later she served as caseworker for Child Protective Services.Emma also enjoys working with animals. She has two sassy kitties and one sweet pup at home. When families leave travel, Emma manages their households and all sorts of pets such as dogs, cats, horses, and even cattle. 

Mikayla holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from The University of North Texas and works full-time within the auditing and assurance field. Rest assured (haha) she is an incredibly skilled care provider with a passion for children, pets, and maintaining  order and balance in the home. She is available mostly for weekend and evening coverage for little ones or any day of the week she can accommodate housesitting and drop-in visit needs.  Mikayla is punctual, kind, and enjoys helping families in all capacities. She is also a Mississippi Girl like me! 

With a Master's degree in Biology and extensive experience in Neurology, Tim brings a unique blend of expertise to support families. He excels in breaking down complex subjects for students of all ages, fostering both academic growth and love for learning. He offers holistic support, including childcare, elder companionship, homework assistance, and organizing engaging activities. With a knack for meal planning and preparation, Tim ensures your family enjoys healthy and convenient meals. On weekends, Tim is genuinely excited to help families stay organized and active. Whether it’s crafting custom learning plans, getting the kids to run off some energy, or providing college prep guidance, Tim’s strategic mindset and compassionate approach make him an invaluable asset to any household.

Carolyn is a Fort Worth resident who shares her home with her husband and their tuxedo cat. With a full-time career in nonprofit fundraising, she is deeply passionate about making a positive impact in her community. Carolyn’s experience spans working with children of all ages, from newborns to high schoolers, which has given her a unique understanding of their needs and care. As a former Montessori teacher, she brings a nurturing, hands-on approach to any caregiving role. Additionally, Carolyn has extensive experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and needs, ensuring that each animal receives the love and attention it deserves. 

Sydney is a dedicated caregiver and trusted support system for families in need of flexible, reliable, and attentive care. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), she combines her expertise in child development, education, and household management to provide exceptional service.

For six years, Sydney served as a private tutor and nanny for the same family, fostering academic growth and emotional support for children of all ages. Her background also includes an internship at the Center for Brain Health in Dallas, deepening her understanding of cognitive development and effective learning strategies.

As an animal lover, she is also happy  to provide drop-in pet visits, walks, and overnight housesitting to ensure your pets are in good hands.
